Clean bathroom facilities.

My entire experience at this hotel was a disaster. I booked a room in advance only to be given away to someone else without any notification. When I finally got into another room, it was filthy with rubbish everywhere, dirty towels, and an unmade bed. I was moved to a third room late at night, and to my dismay, that room had been neglected too. I was promised a resolution, but the staff were rude and unhelpful when I tried to inquire the next morning. I even resorted to emailing the hotel, but they ignored my concerns and offered a measly refund. This hotel clearly doesn't care about its guests. it was absolutely infuriating!

The location is fantastic! Just a short walk to Pimlico tube and easy access to major attractions,. The staff were friendly and attentive during my stay.

The room was quite cramped, making it hard to navigate, and I experienced issues with noise that disrupted my sleep.

We had an amazing stay, perfect for sightseeing! The hotel is close to Victoria Station, which made getting around easy. We also loved the nearby cafes for breakfast. Everything felt modern and clean, and the location was ideal for walking to Buckingham Palace and Big Ben.

The lack of air conditioning made it quite stuffy during our stay. the experience was average, but the convenient location made up for some shortcomings.

The bed was really comfy, and they had tea and cookies waiting for us. The room was cleaned well, and there were good amenities like a hairdryer and electric kettle. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes from Victoria train station. Staff were polite and quick to help with extra towels when needed.

I stayed one night in an economy double room, and the staff were super friendly, especially at the front desk. The location's perfect, just a quick walk to Pimlico tube. The room was clean but nothing fancy. The shower was kinda weak though, definitely needs an upgrade. breakfast was a nice surprise! Would recommend for a quick stay.

Safe neighborhood with great places to eat nearby. However, the room size felt a bit cramped, and the bathroom was tiny. It made things a bit uncomfortable. The lack of a lift made moving luggage a challenge. A better breakfast offering would definitely improve the experience.

We had a fab time! The room was super cozy – loved the heavy curtains that blocked out the morning light. Staff were nice and helped us with any questions. Location was great too, close to bus stops and tube stations. Just wish the breakfast options were a bit better. felt kinda basic for the price.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, we appreciated the excellent location close to two underground stations, which made exploring the area very convenient and allowed for a seamless experience during our three-night stay.

The room was super comfy and newly renovated, which felt fresh. Heavy curtains made it dark in the mornings, perfect for sleeping in. I loved the kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. Opening the window was a bonus—nice fresh air! But, heads up, the room was a bit small. there’s no lift, so dragging luggage up to the higher floors might be tough if you have a lot. But overall, I had a pleasant stay.
